# Dashboard View

When you login to flyLAT you will be greeted with this page. This depends on what type of a user you are your menu will look slighty different. If you are an employee, you will have limited menu without the management stuff.

A brief information about the menu items you see

* [`Flight`](/flylat-connect/flight/flight-choice.md) - this is where you start your flight
* [`Routes`](/flylat-connect/routes/routes-view.md)- This is where you manage and view your routes
* [`Facilities`](/flylat-connect/facilities/facilities-view.md) - This is where you can view and manage your facilities
* &#x20;[`Fleet`](/flylat-connect/fleet/fleet-view.md) - This is where you manage your fleet as well as buy new/used aircrafts
* &#x20;[`Employees`](/flylat-connect/employees/employee-views.md) - Manage and view your employees

Notifications shows your companies feed like new flights, new route, aircraft purchase, transfers etc<br>

News will show you any updates regarding our service or anything for you to know.<br>

Top right of the window you notice TRADER and WIRE BANKING \
[`Trader Management`](/flylat-connect/cargo/trader-management.md) - Cargo feature where you can generate contracts and even get licensee to fly real cargo routes

`Wire Banking` - Currently INOP and this feature will be unlocked in 0.6
